Tamanda Kachika is a graduate with a BA in International Relations, Upper-Second Class Honors from London Metropolitan University. Currently, she serves as the Programmes Officer at Tingathe. With a background in overseeing planning, executing, and evaluating projects, Tamanda collaborates with project leads, translating strategic plans into actionable tasks.

Throughout her career, Tamanda has gained valuable experience in implementing Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) plans, conducting resource mobilization campaigns, building brands, leading proposal developments, and managing stakeholder relationships. Her professional journey is driven by a deep commitment to fostering transformative change.
