At Tingathe, our hearts are filled with joy every time we witness youth in our training program achieve what once felt impossible to them.

Many of these young people came to us after dropping out of school due to poverty, peer pressure, and societal negativity that stripped them of confidence and self-worth. But through our program, they begin to rediscover themselves, creating, designing, and building things they never imagined they could.

It is the same joy a mother feels when her child takes their first steps; hope is reborn, and the future becomes brighter.

Today, we are so proud to share that the bed made by our Carpentry and Joinery students as part of their practicals is now ready for sale!

This moment reaffirms what we always tell our participants: “Everyone has potential; what we need are tools, guidance, and a little light to help us recognize the gift within.”
